Who processes your data

Nigthfall Star Inc., domiciled in Panama, is responsible for processing the data collected on nigthfallstar.com. For any question about this policy, write to info@nigthfallstar.com.

What data we collect

What you enter in the quote and contact forms: name, company, email, phone and the cargo details you choose to share, including any documents you attach. We also collect aggregated, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your request, prepare the quote and follow up on the operation. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers required to execute the operation you request: airlines, carriers, hauliers, agents at origin or destination, and licensed customs brokers. Each receives only the information needed for their part of the process.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not result in an operation are kept for 12 months. Those that do are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and customs regulations. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@nigthfallstar.com. We will respond within the timeframes set by Panamanian personal data protection regulations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate. We do not send your name, email, phone or form contents to Analytics. You can block cookies from your browser settings.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and forms are submitted over an encrypted connection. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we modify this policy, we will publish the new version on this page along with its update date.
