Frequently asked questions
It depends on the route, the airline and space availability. When we quote, we give you the estimated transit time for that specific route rather than a general average.
Origin and destination, total weight in kilos, dimensions of each piece, cargo type, and whether pickup at the supplier's address is required.
Airlines charge the greater of actual and volumetric weight. That is why we ask for dimensions — without them, any rate would be an estimate.
We coordinate the documentation and work with licensed customs brokers. Clearance is executed by the broker; we coordinate the process and follow up.
